Products
All our products are influenced by, and designed locally in Derry City. All products are printed and embroidered in-house or locally where possible. Our garments are 100% cotton, and we try to reduce wastage as much as we can.
All products fit true to size, we would advise sizing up if you're looking for a relaxed or oversized fit.

Care Instructions
For the best results and to preserve the printing, we recommend washing our products inside out on a low temperature setting.
We also advise that you avoid any areas containing printing when ironing.

Deliveries
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
All ROI orders are shipped via An Post.
Our shipping fees are fixed at a maximum of £4 per order to offer the fairest rate as possible to our customers who support our business, although postage costs regularly exceeds this rate.
Due to finances not every order is tracked, but we try to do this as much as possible.
Items will be posted as soon as possible after an order has been placed. If you need an item urgently, let us know by email or DM - we will try to accommodate you as best we can!
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Returns
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 14 days, provided they are in re-saleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. To arrange a return or exchange, email or DM us.
Please allow 2–3 working days for a reply as we are a small team. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Stock & Enquiries
The way we run things at the minute, we prefer to focus on quality over mass production to reduce waste.
For now, when a product is sold out, it’s gone. We know there are some products that have been requested to make a comeback, so we aren't ruling that out in the future.
